On-Line Residency Application Form

Using this form, you can apply for residency at University of Ballarat. Step by step, you will be asked to fill in the following information (if applicable):

• Your Personal & Contact Details.
• Whether you have any Special Needs.
• Your International Student Details (if you are an international student).
• Other information required in assesing your application.

You will also be asked to send payment for $50 (GST incl.) as a non-refundable application processing charge
